How much will it cost?
The studio reviews each request and agrees the price, design work, prototypes, revisions, timing and drop-off fee with you. No payment is collected during a request.
How do I pay?
Cash or e-transfer. The studio confirms payment timing and transfer instructions directly. A request is not marked paid automatically.
Can I send an STL or 3MF?
Yes. STL files may not include units; confirm final dimensions in millimeters. Multi-part 3MF files are accepted for review, with transforms, material assignments and printer settings checked by the studio.
Which colors can I choose?
Gray Bambu Lab PLA, non-Bambu China Red PLA, Sunflower Yellow Bambu Lab PLA, Blue Bambu Lab PETG and White Bambu Lab PETG. Availability is rechecked before approval. Swatches are approximate.
Does the preview match the finished print?
The website shows a digital sample with Cherry Bomb One lettering. Final dimensions, shape and maker layout are approved with your quote. Physical color and surface finish can vary.
Can you replace a broken cap or bracket?
Send photos, measurements and what the part connects to. For caps, include opening and thread measurements and the original when available. Fit, material suitability and any prototype steps are reviewed before acceptance.
Where do I collect my order?
Free pickup in Aurora, arranged directly. Drop-off around Aurora costs extra, agreed with your quote.
How long does printing take?
Timing is agreed after file or project review. A requested deadline is considered before accepting the order.
Are my files public?
No. Files are kept in private storage and only the authorized studio can download them. Uploads are retrievable for 30 days, then access expires. You can request earlier deletion.
